When an employee exits, Birch Space auto-calculates their F&F settlement including pending salary, leave encashment (Basic+DA/26 per day), gratuity (eligible after 5 years: Basic+DA x 15/26 x years, max 25 lakhs), pro-rata bonus, and deductions (notice period recovery, loans, TDS). The settlement goes through an approval workflow before payout.
