Documents that remind you before they expire.

1. Store

Upload files up to 10 MB against an employee and a document type. Files open only through links that expire within the hour.

2. Track

Birch lists what is about to expire and runs a daily check that reminds people and escalates when something is missing.

3. Acknowledge

Publish a policy and see who has acknowledged it, with the time and device recorded.

• Private storage. A private bucket; every view or download uses a signed link that expires after 60 minutes.
• Document types. A shared list by region, including US state withholding forms; system types cannot be deleted.
• Expiry tracking. An expiring-soon list and counts for HR.
• Reminders. Daily checks for expiring and missing documents, with reminders and escalation.
• Policies. Draft, categorise and publish policies.
• Acknowledgements. Each acknowledgement records the time, IP address and browser, with a compliance view for HR.
