Timesheets that add themselves up.

1. Record

   Clock in and out with breaks, or fill in the week. A CSV import brings in past entries with a preview first.

2. Review

   Approvers see flags for overtime, missed clock-outs, late starts and days that differ from the roster.

3. Export

   Approved hours go out as a spreadsheet for your accountant or as a payroll file for Gusto, QuickBooks or ADP.

• Clock in and out. With breaks and a running session, one at a time.
• Weekly timesheets. Draft, submit, approve, with bulk approval, unlock with a reason and copy last week.
• Overtime by country. US weekly overtime after 40 hours; India daily 9 hours and a 48-hour weekly cap.
• Exception flags. Overtime, missed clock-out, late start, unscheduled day and roster variance.
• Projects. Track time against projects with members and hourly rates.
• Reminders. For open clock sessions, timesheets due and timesheets overdue.
• Exports. Accountant spreadsheet, and payroll hours files in Gusto, QuickBooks and ADP formats.

Not yet: California daily overtime, GPS or geofenced clock-in, and payroll for US teams.
