Refunds and Cancellation

How cancelling works, and when we refund.
1. Free trial
The trial needs no card, so nothing is charged during it. If you do not choose a paid plan when it ends, nothing is charged afterwards either.
2. Cancelling
An Owner or HR Admin can cancel at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
3. Monthly plans
We do not refund part-months.
4. Annual plans
We do not give pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a year. You keep access until the end of the term.
5. When we do refund
- If you were charged twice or charged in error.
- If we end your account without cause, for the unused part of the period.
- Where the law gives you a right to a refund.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days. Ask at team@birchspace.co.
