Submit your timesheet

Add your hours for the week, save a draft, submit it for approval, and fix a week that's sent back.

Who can do this: Everyone · Checked against the app 16 October 2026

Menu names are as they appear on a computer. On a phone, the Admin and More menus are both under More.

Open Time. Use the arrows or Today to pick the week.
Add or check your hours for each day. Time you clocked appears automatically.
If the week is empty and matches last week, select Copy last week.
Select Save Draft to come back later.
When the period is complete, select Submit. Submit once per pay period, not every day.

After you submit, the week is locked until it's approved or sent back.

If changes are requested

The week shows Changes requested with your approver's comment. Fix the hours and submit again.

Select History to see who changed or approved the week and when.
