Add an employee manually

Use this when you want to set up someone's full profile before they sign in. To let people join with their own login, invite them instead.

1. Open Admin → Employees and select Add employee (Add on a phone).
2. Choose the Region: United States or India.
3. Fill in Basic Information: first name, last name and email are required; phone and date of birth are optional.
4. Fill in Employment: job title and start date are required. You can also set department, type (Full-time, Part-time, Contract or Intern) and who they report to.
5. Add their Address and Emergency Contact if you have them.
6. For India employees, add PAN Number, Aadhar Number, Bank Account, IFSC Code and Bank Name.
7. Select Review, check the summary, choose whether to Send Welcome Email, then select Create.

Each email can have only one employee profile. You'll see a message if the email is already in use.

To change details later, open the person from Admin → Employees and save the section you edited.
