Choose which notifications your company sends

1. Open Settings → Notifications.
2. Filter by who receives them: All, Employees, Managers or HR.
3. For each notification, tick the channels you want (Email, In-app) and use the switch to turn it on or off.
4. Where offered, select Preview email to see it, or Send test to me.

These settings apply to your whole company. Notifications marked Required or Always sent can't be turned off: they tell someone a decision was made, or the law expects them.

Notifications are grouped as:

• Leave: new requests, decisions and escalations.
• Time and attendance: submitted timesheets and decisions, the Friday reminder, the Monday overdue reminder, long shifts and shifts starting soon.
• People: probation ending, birthdays, work anniversaries and appraisal updates.
• Documents and account: expiring documents, invitations, letters to sign, payslips and separation notices.

The low-balance, balance-cap and "use it or lose it" leave emails are off unless you turn them on.
