Send an offer letter for e-signature

1. Open Admin → Offer Letters and select New Offer.
2. Fill in the candidate's name and email, the Position Title, Start Date and Salary. Add the department, location, manager, working hours, probation, notice period and any additional terms you want in the letter.
3. Add the signatory's name and designation, and set the Acceptance Window (7 days by default).
4. Check the Preview tab.
5. Select Save & Send to email it, or Save as Draft to finish later.

The candidate opens the link, signs by typing or drawing their signature, and selects Sign & Accept.

Track each offer by status: Draft, Sent, Signed, Expired or Revoked. From an offer you can send it, copy the signing link, download it, or revoke it.

To send several documents to sign together, use Admin → Hiring Packages.
